CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note:  We require 24 hours to cancel individual appointments with no cancellation fees.

Groups/Parties

We understand that things "come up".  However, if you fail to appear for your appointment, a full fee is charged to your credit card for missed appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled less than 24 hours or 48 hours on packages.
